In a surprising and emotional announcement, Indiana Hoosiers men’s basketball head coach Mike Woodson revealed his decision to step down from his role, stating, *”I’m going to be leaving.”* Woodson, who has led the Hoosiers since 2021, expressed gratitude for his time at Indiana but cited personal reasons for his decision to move on.

Woodson, an Indiana basketball legend as both a former player and coach, has been instrumental in rejuvenating the program.
