In an announcement that has sent shockwaves through the rock music world, Led Zeppelin has officially confirmed a 2025 reunion tour, marking their first full-fledged tour in over four decades. Fans of the legendary band, known for their iconic hits like “Stairway to Heaven,” “Whole Lotta Love,” and “Kashmir,” have long awaited this moment, and now the dream has become a reality.
The tour, dubbed “Zeppelin Rising 2025,” will kick off in London on May 15, 2025, before making stops across Europe, North America, and select cities in Asia and South America. While the full list of tour dates is yet to be revealed, sources close to the band suggest that major venues such as Madison Square Garden in New York, Wembley Stadium in London, and Tokyo Dome in Japan are among the confirmed locations.
This historic reunion will feature original members Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, and John Paul Jones, alongside Jason Bonham, son of the late drummer John Bonham, who has previously filled in for his father during past performances. The last time Led Zeppelin performed together was in 2007 at the Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert in London, an event that saw overwhelming demand with over 20 million requests for tickets.
Speaking about the reunion, Robert Plant stated, “The time feels right to bring the magic of Zeppelin back to the fans. We’ve all grown, but the music remains timeless.”
Jimmy Page added, “We’re ready to deliver the power and passion that Led Zeppelin is known for. It’s going to be something special.”
Tickets for the “Zeppelin Rising 2025” tour are expected to go on sale next month, with presale options available for long-time fans. This reunion is set to be one of the biggest musical events of the decade, proving that Led Zeppelin’s legacy continues to stand the test of time.
