Former Married At First Sight UK contestant Bianca Petronzi has finally broken her silence on her ex-husband from the show, JJ Slater, and his new romance with Katie Price. The reality star also revealed two dramatic moments from the series that never made it to air, giving fans fresh insight into the behind-the-scenes drama.
Bianca, who tied the knot with JJ during the 2023 season, explained that one of the most shocking incidents was overhearing a phone call that changed the course of her relationship on the show. According to her, JJ’s co-star Ella Morgan admitted over speakerphone that she had been flirting with him, leaving Bianca blindsided.
The revelation, Bianca says, was passed on during a call to fellow castmate Rozz Darlington. She explained that she was in the apartment when Ella confessed, and the incident left her reeling. What fans never got to see, however, was that she chose to spend the night away from JJ after the betrayal, a detail completely left out of the series.
Bianca revealed that the fallout did not end there. She claims that JJ himself had a heated disagreement with the producers after what she refers to as the “spa-flirt” revelation, an encounter that had the potential to further shake up the experiment. According to Bianca, viewers were never shown this clash, which added another layer to the tense dynamics of the season.

Looking back now, Bianca says she holds no grudges against JJ. In fact, when asked about his current high-profile relationship with Katie Price, she struck a surprisingly diplomatic tone. “I don’t have any bad blood towards him,” she said, adding that she wishes them both well.
She went on to say that she is “very happy for him and Katie” and believes JJ has found someone who suits him. “He seems to be very happy with her, so I’m happy that he’s found someone who he can grow a life with and have experiences with,” Bianca explained.
Bianca’s words come as JJ and Katie’s romance has continued to attract headlines, not least because of the public feud between Katie and her daughter Princess. Despite the tabloid noise, Bianca insists she has moved on from her MAFS journey and wants to leave the past in the past.
