- Deep Purple Announces Early 2025 Album Release and World Tour
Legendary British rock band Deep Purple has thrilled fans worldwide by announcing the release of a new album in early 2025, alongside an expansive world tour starting in June. The yet-to-be-titled album is their first since 2020’s Whoosh! and marks the debut of guitarist Simon McBride.
The “BIG NEWS!!! Tour 2025” will take the band to North America, Europe, and Asia, featuring a mix of timeless hits like “Smoke on the Water” and new tracks from the album. Founding members Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, and Ian Paice, alongside Don Airey and McBride, promise an unforgettable live experience.
