Legendary German punk icon Nina Hagen is set to embark on a 2025 world tour following the release of her critically acclaimed album Unity. This marks Hagen’s first global tour in over a decade, exciting fans across the globe.

 

The album Unity, which debuted on December 9, 2022, through Grönland Records, is Hagen’s first in 11 years since Volksbeat. Featuring 12 tracks, the album includes the lead single “16 Tons” and the title track “Unity,” a collaboration with funk legend George Clinton inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement. Another standout song, “United Women of the World,” features Jamaican singer Liz Mitchell and new wave musician Lene Lovich.
