Tam McManus believes that Rangers goalkeeper Jack Butland may be wanted by Leicester City, southampton or Ipswich Town.

He is also of the option that his agent will be in talks with Premier League clubs over a summer transfer and that

Gers could make £10million from his sale.

After his contract at Manchester United expired and Crystal Palace declined to sign him long-term, Butland

relocated to Ibrox last summer.

As reported by the Daily Record, McManus stated to PLZ Soccer, “Every professional football player wants to get to

the English Premier League now.” Though I do believe he’s a little better than that, the promoted teams (Leicester,

Ipswich, and Southampton) might be interested in him.

Since he has experience playing in that league and is aware of its excellence, I believe his agent will be promoting

him to other teams. I believe that he has emerged and performed admirably for Rangers, but he most likely did so to

put himself in the spotlight by returning to regular action in order to return to England.

He was given a free pass, and rumour has it they may fetch £10 million for him. That would have a huge financial

impact.

This summer, Rangers will be aiming to hold onto Jack Butland.

If teams like Leicester, Southampton, or Ipswich Town offer Butland a first-choice goalkeeping position, he might be

persuaded to rejoin the Premier League.

Moreover, the financial incentives and the opportunity to play in one of the world’s top football leagues could be

significant factors in his decision and it could also help him return to the England setup.

On the other hand, Rangers would ideally want to retain Butland given his outstanding performance and the fact that

they signed him for free.

Nonetheless, the club stands to gain significantly financially from his sale if they are able to realize a £10 million

profit.

This might go toward investing in young development or bolstering the team in other areas.

Though Butland has the final say in the matter, Gers stand to gain financially from his transfer as well as from his

ongoing on-field excellence.

In other Rangers news, as the team looks to finalize yet another summer transfer, one player has already said

goodbye to his teammates.
