“I know that can’t be everything perfect at first, but at least I want to see an improvement in that way, that we have more desire, more pressure on the opponent box.
“I think it’s all about knowing the game. I think as a manager, you have to be complete. First, your work out of possession, and after in possession, and which part of the pitch we are, what is the philosophy.
“I have over 150 games now with my philosophy, so I know all the challenges you will face. The last challenge, last week, is something I saw over the last two years. Now it’s about to work on that with the players.”
